i was sitting with luci before mass on Pentecost Sunday, trying to think of a segue into describing what the Holy Spirit is. i said, "luci, when i say i love you, can you actually see my love? or do you just know i love you?"

yes.
really?! you can see my love?!
yes.
what does it look like?
a bird.

pink. (weird...i would've fainted if she said white)

later i was sitting with gary and i thought, could you actually see the love between us? then i smiled. duh. luci and lij.
